How VELIQA™ works
You score three real activities from your own week, one at a time, on four dimensions from 1 to 10: Value (how much this work moves what matters), Judgment (how much your personal judgment is genuinely required), Energy (what it does to you) and Amplification (whether doing it multiplies others' output).
The Leadership Leverage Score is Value × Judgment only — Energy and Amplification are lenses that colour the advice, never the score. Each activity gets an immediate verdict — Protect, Own, Delegate or Let go — plus an AI mirror that challenges the single most questionable assumption in how you scored it.
After three activities, VELIQA™ compares them and generates your Personal Leadership Leverage Report: your biggest leverage opportunity, the activity to protect, the one to delegate or redesign, an overall observation of your current leverage pattern, and one concrete experiment for the next two weeks. The report is downloadable as a one-pager.
